Horses have a way of bringing all of it to the surface. They show us where we’re worried, where we’re pretending, and where we’re ready to grow.

Sometimes we laugh at ourselves. Sometimes we get frustrated or discouraged. Sometimes a small breakthrough fills us with joy.

Let yourself feel it. ALL of it! You don’t have to be polished to be a good leader and rider. You just have to be willing to show up honestly, keep learning, and stay connected.

That’s a rich life. And it makes for a richer relationship with your horse.
